2017 San Saba Vineyard Syrah (Monterey)
93 pts. There's a compelling mix of density and cool-climate qualities on this bottling, starting with aromas of black raspberry, blackberry, lavender, lilacs and green peppercorns on the nose. The cohesive palate unites flavors of roasted coffee and charred meats with fresh black currant and minty herbs. — MK (9/1/2019)

2010 KW Ranch Vineyard Pinot Noir
91 Pts. Very nicely composed aromas of fairly ripe but not overly concentrated black cherries join quiet nuances of smoke, cola and hardwoods, and those same characteristics are repeated in the wine’s young yet decently polished and near-to classically balanced flavors. Gentle yet not open, hinting at a velvety texture that will develop over time and deep enough to commend three to five years in the cellar for those who can wait, this is one to look for.
